1. Vector Format: All files intended for UV Printing or Laser Engraving must be sent in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF). This ensures that outlines are defined with maximum precision by our equipment.
2. Use of Masks (Templates): To ensure correct positioning, you must download our Masks from the Download Area. We provide specific masks for:
Album Covers
Accessories and Packaging
Replicas
By placing your template over our mask, you will have a direct preview of how the customization will be produced.
Important Note: If you send us a customized file without the positioning defined using our masks, DreambooksPro reserves the right to position the design according to internal technical criteria, without prior notice. In such cases, exchanges or claims regarding positioning will not be possible, as submission standards were not met.
