Yes. Most DreambooksPro products are handcrafted and require careful manual production. Due to this technical nature and the behavior of the materials, there is always a possibility of small deviations occurring during assembly and trimming.
For this reason, DreambooksPro defines the following production tolerances, which are not considered manufacturing defects:
Standard Products: Deviations up to 0.2" (approx. 5 mm).
Fine Art Products: Deviations up to 0.3" (approx. 8 mm) (due to the specific characteristics of the paper and the mounting process).
Recommendation: To ensure that no important part of your image (such as text or faces near the edge) is affected by these deviations, it is essential that you use our templates and respect the indicated safety margins.
