Our software has a Quality Indicator that evaluates the resolution of your images. However, it is important to understand how this alert works:
When does the alert appear? The quality indicator does not appear at the moment you upload the photos to the system. The alert is only activated when you place the image in a project edited within our Editor. This happens because the quality depends on the exact size the photo will be printed in the project.
Printing without manipulation: DreambooksPro prints the files exactly as they are submitted by the client. We do not perform any sharpness improvement or editing on the received images (whether edited inside or outside our system). Therefore, if you use our editor for your creations, checking this indicator is essential.
How to interpret the Quality Indicator colors:
Green (80% to 100%): The image has excellent quality for the dimension chosen on the page.
Yellow (60% to 79%): The image has moderate quality. Depending on the photo, you might notice a slight loss of sharpness or some grain in the final print.
Red (Below 59%): The image has insufficient quality and the print will be pixelated or blurry. We strongly recommend that you replace the photo with a higher resolution file or reduce the image size on the page.
We suggest that you always review the quality indicators on all pages of your project before proceeding to the shopping cart.
