Yes, it is perfectly possible to personalize your products with an exclusive design through the "Custom Template" (Template Personalizado) option in our software. To ensure the laser engraving is sharp and has flawless outlines, the file must strictly be sent in a vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF extensions, with all elements vectorized and text converted to outlines/curves) without coloring.
Traditional image files (like JPG or PNG) are not suitable for this technique, as the laser equipment requires exact vector lines to guide the laser's path.
