How to prepare and send the file:
- Template Usage: Your design must strictly be placed within the specific template for the project in question. This ensures that the maximum limits and dimensions of the embroidery area are rigorously respected.
- Accepted Formats: The file must be saved and sent in vector format: AI, PDF, or EPS.
Validation and Budgeting Process:
- Initial Payment: Upon finalizing the order, the base price for the embroidery application is paid.
- Setup Fee Calculation (Matrix): After receiving your custom design, our technical team will analyze its complexity to calculate the cost of creating the design on our equipment and setting up the embroidery matrix.
