What you should share: As soon as the order leaves our facilities, we send to your email the dispatch confirmation with the respective carrier tracking link and number. It is exactly this data that you should forward or share with your final client.
Why is this important?
Real-Time Tracking: It allows the client to follow the order's journey from our production to their door.
Prevention of Returns: If the client does not have this information, there is a risk they will not be at the address at the time of delivery. If the carrier cannot deliver, the order will be returned to your billing/studio address, which could cause delays in the process.
