The Drop Shipping service allows you to send orders directly to your clients' homes, conveniently and without commercial invoices in the packaging.
To use this service, the following conditions apply:
1. Exclusivity and Destination (USA): The use of this service is exclusive to photographers with an account registered in the United States, and only for deliveries to final clients located in the United States (Mainland). By selecting this option, shipping to your final client's address is done free of charge.
2. Selection at Checkout: For the service to be applied, the Drop Shipping option must mandatorily be selected at the time of purchase. After the completion and payment of the order, it will not be possible to change the delivery address or add this service later.
3. Notifications and Privacy: Orders are shipped via UPS. Once the shipment is processed, you (the professional client) will be notified. Due to our strict privacy policies, we do not contact your final client nor do we use emails that are not registered in our system. It is entirely your responsibility to notify your client about the shipping status and provide the tracking information.
4. Delivery Failures: Delivery will be attempted at the indicated address. If the carrier cannot complete the delivery to the final client (due to absence or incorrect address), the order will be returned to your billing address. In this scenario, the logistical costs associated with the return will be borne by you.
⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING (Data Update): If your billing/studio address changes, it is mandatory to communicate this change in a timely manner to our Customer Support or Sales Department. DreambooksPro is not responsible for any additional costs or lost items if your registration data is not correctly updated.
