When does the countdown start?
The production time starts on the first business day following the receipt of your order in our system. The entire process (from manufacturing to dispatch) is counted exclusively in business days (thus not including weekends and dates marked on the holiday and vacation calendar).
The importance of your files: To ensure that your deadline is met without any interruption, it is essential that the project reaches us in perfect condition for printing (respecting measurements, color profile, and quantities). If our team detects any technical anomaly in the files, the process will be paused until the situation is resolved with you, which will naturally suspend the countdown.
Unforeseen Events and Exceptions: Although our team works daily to strictly meet all stipulated deadlines, there are exceptional situations that may be out of our control. Cases of force majeure, such as unexpected technical breakdowns, raw material stock shortages, or delays from external entities, can impact the standard production time. Since these are unforeseen events beyond our control, DreambooksPro cannot assume charges or responsibilities for delays arising from these situations.
