Due to the automation of our workflow, it is not possible to make direct changes (whether to files or product features) to an order that has already been finalized. However, we provide a safety margin for cancellations:
Grace Period: As soon as you finalize your order, DreambooksPro grants you an automatic 30-minute period for order cancellation. This is your window of opportunity to anticipate and correct any inconsistencies, canceling the order to submit a new one.
After 30 minutes: The order enters the production process, making it normally impossible to cancel or change it.
What to do if the deadline has passed? We advise that you contact our Customer Support immediately via Chat or Phone (avoid email in these urgent cases). Our team will evaluate the situation on the spot and check if there is still technical viability in the production flow to intercept and cancel your order.
