How to report the situation: To forward the problem for a detailed technical analysis, we request that you contact our Customer Support within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the order, via email at info@dreambookspro.us.
What to include in the email to speed up the process:
- Order number.
- Description and photographic proof of the anomaly: A brief explanation of the inconsistency detected, accompanied by clear photographs of the defect.
- Photographs of the outer packaging: Detailed images of the received box (especially the corners or possible marks/dents that show damage caused by transport).
- Quality Certificate: Photograph of the quality control card (if the product has this certificate).

This artisanal craftsmanship is what makes each piece unique and differentiating in the market. For this reason, slight variations inherent to the manual process or the physical characteristics of the raw materials — such as minimal color deviations, slight coating misalignments, or natural tone variations in the materials — are characteristics of the product itself and cannot be considered manufacturing defects.
