To ensure that your order is sent directly to your final client (only with a delivery note), you must configure this option in the "Delivery Details" tab during the checkout process.
Follow these 5 steps according to our system:
1: Click the bottom button "Add Address" to create a new recipient.
2: Fill in the complete details of your client (Name, Street, Zip Code, Country, etc.) and click the "Save" button.
3: Make sure you select the checkbox that appears next to the name/address you just added.
4: Choose the desired carrier service from the options listed on the right side.
5: Finally, you must mandatorily check the "Final client address" option. It is this selection that ensures the order is sent without an invoice and that it is forwarded to your email, avoiding providing supply cost information to your client.
