No. Although we have very comprehensive logistical agreements, we do not guarantee deliveries to all countries around the globe. To confirm if your intended destination country is covered, you must consult the list of available countries in our Price List.
1. Shipments within the European Union (EU):
Most clients based in the EU can request deliveries to any other country within the European community. You simply need to select the correct destination country at the time of purchase (Express Checkout).
Drop Shipping (Ship to Final Client): If the destination is your client's home, we strongly recommend that you select the "Ship to Final Client" option.
The order will be accompanied only by a Delivery Note (without prices), instead of the commercial invoice. This ensures that your client receives the product without having access to the production costs.
2. Shipments to Non-EU Countries (Outside the EU):
There are fiscal and customs restrictions for shipments outside the European Union. In this regard, we do not perform direct exports to non-EU countries at the request of clients external to those communities.
The Rule: Deliveries in a non-EU country (e.g., Brazil, USA, Switzerland) are usually limited to clients who have their account registration (billing) in that same country.
