Yes, it is possible to resize a project created in our software. However, it is important to note that this change can only be made before the order is finalized.
Since resizing requires technical intervention in our system, the process works as follows:
1. Change Request: Before proceeding to checkout, contact our Customer Support team, indicating the project name and the new desired size. Our team will do the format conversion for you.
2. Mandatory Review (Attention): When changing the album dimensions (especially if the aspect ratio changes, like from rectangular to square), the layout of the photos and the pagination may become misconfigured. It is strictly necessary that you open the project again and review it page by page.
3. Saving and Ordering: After making the necessary adjustments, do not forget to save all changes. Only after ensuring the layout is exactly as you want it, should you proceed and finalize your order.
