Due to the speed and automation of our production workflow, autonomous order cancellation is subject to a restricted time window.
The 30-Minute Rule You can only cancel an order directly in the software up to a maximum of 30 minutes after finalizing it.
Within the timeframe: Cancellation is immediate, and the refund is automatically processed via the original payment method.
After 30 minutes: The system blocks automatic cancellation as the project may have already entered production. In this case, contact our Customer Support team immediately via direct channels (chat or phone) so we can evaluate the possibility.
Step-by-Step to Cancel (within 30 min):
- Log in to the DreambooksPro Express application.
- Go to the main menu and click on "My Orders"
- Locate the order in the tab "In production" or "Awaiting payment"
- Select the project and click the "Cancel order" button.
- Confirm the action in the prompt window ("Yes").
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
