If you are trying to pay for your order with a Mastercard network card (specifically the Maestro variant) and the transaction is being rejected, the problem is usually related to the security code (CVV).
What is happening? Most Maestro cards do not include a printed CVV code (the 3-digit security code, usually on the back of the card). Since our payment system requires this code for security reasons, the transaction is automatically rejected.
The ideal solution: The Maestro network recommends that you contact your card's issuing bank directly to request the assignment or indication of your CVV (also known as CVC or security number).
A quick alternative: To avoid delaying your order's entry into production, we suggest that you temporarily use an alternative payment method available at checkout (such as another credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
