DreambooksPro orders are validated before their departure by the quality control department at different stages of production. Product quality and customer satisfaction are our priority. If you have received the product with some inconsistency or technical insufficiency, we apologize for what happened and we will try to analyze your process as soon as possible.
We ask you to directly contact our customer support, during the 24 hours after receiving the order, through the email info@dreambookspro.pt so that we can forward the problem for a detailed analysis of the anomaly that you detect.
For the process to be faster we need you to send us the email
- order number
- photographic proof of the anomaly, as well as a brief description of the inconsistency, detected
- photographic proof of the package received with details of the corners or possible marks showing any damage caused by transport.
We safeguard that most of the products we manufacture are handmade and that certain inconsistencies may be due to the handcrafted nature or characteristic of the product itself. This is what makes all our products unique and differentiating on the market, not being able to be considered any minimal deviation of color; alignment of coatings; variations in tones of materials or raw materials.
