To request an exclusive stamp (die) with your logo or specific design, you need to request the production of the piece. Since the cost varies depending on the size and details of the design, this process requires prior evaluation and a quote.
Follow these steps to place your order:
1. File Preparation
Prepare your logo or illustration file. It must strictly be in vector format (PDF, AI, or EPS), with elements converted to curves/outlines, 100% black, and in the exact dimensions intended for the engraving.
2. Order Configuration and Quote Request
To ensure a flawless process, you must coordinate your order with the quote request:
- In your order (Express App): When selecting the cover customization, choose the option Stamping > Custom Stamping, setting the desired color and positioning. Before finishing all configurations and proceeding to the cart, in the "Observations" (Notes) field of the order, clearly write that you will be requesting the production of a new stamp.
- With Customer Support: Send an email to our team with the vector file attached, indicating your order number and requesting a quote for the physical production of the stamp.
Attention: By doing this, the production process of your album will be paused at our facilities awaiting the approval, payment, and production of the respective stamp.
3. Approval and Payment
Our technical team will evaluate the file and send you a detailed quote, usually within 3 to 5 business days. Upon your approval, we will make the stamp order available in Express so you can make the respective payment.
4. Production and Shipping
Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed with the production of the stamp (which may add the mentioned days to your order's production time). As a rule, the physical die is sent to you in the box along with your album. However, if it is a stamp you intend to use repeatedly in future jobs (such as your studio logo to place on the back cover), please inform our team so that it remains stored at our facilities.
